This project comprised of roughly 250 different switches and 15 different software vintages. This project was completed for Stentor (which was a consortium of 9 Canadian Telecommunications firms plus Telesat.).

These projects have involved the addition of DCM (Digital Carrier Module) shelves, DCI (Digital Carrier Interface) shelves, a CE-1 Network Switching Module, and an RLCM (Remote Line Concentration Module). Also included in these projects was the addition of CCS7 networking capability and LNP switch setup and testing.
Project Management for introduction of CCS7 signaling into Northwestel's communications network (2000-01)
This project included installation and testing of Nortel Networks Broadband STP (Signal Transfer Point) at 2 locations in Arctic Canada.

The Addition of Digital Trunking to roughly 20 locations in Arctic Canada (2001-06)
This project was part of Northwestels Service Improvement Plan to add digital networking capability throughout their network. Provision, Installation and testing of DCM shelves and DE-4E Channel Banks at remote DMS-10 locations comprised the bulk of this project.
Clustering and SS7 Trunking and BMCII (Milling Media Converter) commissioning - (2003)
This project was completed successfuly for Batelco (Bahamas Telecommunications Company). This project comprised of 19 DMS-10s and 12 BMCIIs scattered throughout the Bahamas Islands.
Iroquois Falls Turnkey DMS-10 Installation (2003-04)
Provision, installation, commissioning, testing and cutover of a complete DMS-10 system to serve a community of about 600 subscribers.
Performed software upgrades on roughly 25 Redcom MDX (Modular Digital Exchanges) in Northwestern Canada - (2004)
10 CTI was selected over much larger companies because of our reputable network operations experience and quality of work to fulfil Northwestel's requirements for this project It involved equipment provisions, software upgrades, switch expansion, channel bank additions, circuit re-arrangement and cable termination.
Redcom MDX installation in Fort Good Hope (NWT) - (2005)
Installed a 4 shelf Redcom switch to replace a depracated DMS-10, planned and executed a service cutover to the new switch.
Onsite operations training in NYC - (2006)
Provided onsite operations training on Nortel's USP (Universal Signaling Platform) aka Broadband STP to Staff of Cablevision.
DMS-10 tape drive replacements in roughly 16 Arctic communities - (2006)
Replaced obsolete tape drives with HDDs (Hard Disk Drives) and Magneto-Optical Drives for Northwestel.
Project Management for Taqua replacement of DMS-10 - (2007)
Co-ordinated the planning and implementation of cut-over to Taqua T-7000 soft switch at several DMS-10 locations for Oregon Telephone Company and Northstate Telephone Company.
